The first conversation is structured to help both parties understand whether there is a genuine fit between what you need and what we can deliver. It runs approximately 45 minutes and is led by the adviser who would manage your engagement.
If the diagnostic conversation confirms that Napiercore is well placed to help, we will produce a written proposal within five business days. The proposal includes a defined scope, fixed fee, timeline, named lead adviser, and a clear description of deliverables.
